Preparing young leaders to work at the intersection of finance, consulting, and healthcare

FDP analysts will have the opportunity to develop their finance and leadership skills while gaining an extensive understanding of the healthcare industry. Although the focus on developing financial, analytical, consultative, and leadership skills remains at the heart of the program, each rotation and experience is unique to the needs and wants of the program member. FDP projects often require the collaboration of different functional teams, giving program members a unique perspective and a better understanding of how health systems operate.  Additionally, program members take ownership of the program, contributing towards its advancement and shaping the future of the FDP.
